Current TEMPO & EWL Mentor Circles (formally EWL Connects) members & facilitators are invited to join us for an evening of best practice sharing through networking & connection building, and a panel discussion to spark conversation on Circle engagement, participation & important conversations. 

This year's Best Practices session will focus on starting conversations, specifically DEI conversations and conversations around women's lived experiences in the workforce. Attendees of the Best Practices session will be shown TEMPO's short documentary, Direct Positive. In the film, Tintype photographer Margaret Muza shows what happens when you remove filters, Photoshop & assumptions to really see the beauty of a single perfectly imperfect moment. A group of TEMPO members are featured in the film, revealing more than expected - their challenges, inspirations, stumbles and victories - and their hopes for those women who follow in their footsteps. 

Our Best Practices session will take inspiration from these courageous conversations and dive deep into how we can bring these conversations to our own Circles to spark dialogue, build deeper connections and further inspire women leaders to share their truths. Best Practices attendees will also have the chance to connect with one another to connect on Circle experiences, learn & grow from one another and bring new tips and tricks back to their Circle meetings to kickstart the new year.
