Upcoming Program Meetings:

Thursday, October 21st, 2021 | Fireside Chat with Julia Taylor

Julia Taylor's retirement from the Greater Milwaukee Committee will come by the end of 2021 after nearly 20 years with the organization. Julia was appointed as the first woman president of the Greater Milwaukee Committee in December 2002. The organization has since developed various programs under her leadership including: Innovation in Milwaukee, Scale Up Milwaukee, Future Workforce, Creative Placemaking, The Commons, Teachtown MKE and Reimagining High Schools. Julia is one of the most influential women in metro Milwaukee. Join us as we hear from Julia on the past, present and future of her leadership journey. Hear what the highs and lows have looked like for such an inspirational woman leader. Julia will share some of her greatest accomplishments and failures alike. She will also reflect on the landscape for women executives, addressing how this has changed in her tenure. Julia will look to the future and share what she hopes is yet to come for our city and shed some light on advice she has for her successor. Lastly, Julia will share what's next and what she plans for this next chapter in her book. Register Here.
