When people talk about you as a leader, what kind of leader are you? Dr. LaGrant will prompt a reevaluation of your leadership approach by posing thought-provoking inquiries like: "How do others perceive your leadership style? What descriptors emerge when your leadership is discussed?". Then what do you do with that information.
