Event Description: Following the success of the November 2022 EY POWER Up event EY is back to host POWER Up - 2.0.  The POWER Up content and facilitated discussions illuminate key behaviors that can support delivering communication with power, accelerate success, and identify behaviors that impede growth.  The goal of the event is to enhance and strengthen the skills, knowledge and capabilities critical to projecting authentic confidence, mindfully owning your career, and elevating your communication. The content is structured in a way to facilitate meaningful self-reflection and also provide you with a framework for elevated discussions in your role as a sponsor and mentor to others.

It's well established that women are underrepresented in senior ranks and leadership across industries. EY's POWER Up acknowledges the systemic barriers faced by these professionals and provides a facilitated program focused on building personal leadership skills while aligning behaviors for women and allies to foster inclusion and belonging.

Throughout the session, we will focus on the following 5 key areas:

  • Project confidence authentically - exhibit a firm belief in your abilities.
  • Own your career - mindfully take control of your career.
  • Widen your network - identify and engage mentors, coaches and sponsors.
  • Elevate your communication - communicate with clarity, self-assurance & intent.
  • Realize your purpose - know who you are and what you stand for.
