Event Description: 

TEMPO’s Women’s Affinity Alliance was founded in 2011 by employee resource group leaders who saw an opportunity to create an initiative that brings ERG leaders and stakeholders together to network, share best practices and keep up to date on trends in women’s affinity programs. Today, TEMPO’s Women’s Affinity Alliance is made up of more than 15 corporate partners and nearly 100 individual members who come together for quarterly best practices, participate in coffee connections and continue to share best practices and resources amongst organizations on all different ERG journeys.

Join us for our first WAA program of TEMPO’s 2023-24 fiscal year where attendees will have the space to collaborate and network with one another, with an open-spaces forum for best practice sharing. Come prepared to connect with ERG leaders and members from other organizations to learn from one another on successes, challenges, and opportunities. Bring your questions, ideas, challenges, and thoughts to the table for small group discussion, brainstorming and ideation with other leaders, members and stakeholders!

Small group discussions will be facilitated by members of TEMPO’s WAA Advisory Board Committee but conversation will be led by attendees.
