Event Description:

Chances are, you have recently taken a survey. People are being surveyed now more than ever, from event feedback; to assessing an organization’s employee engagement, our inboxes are inundated with surveys of all kinds. We all face similar challenges:

  • How do you incent participation?
  • Who should take your survey?
  • What are best practices?
  • How to you ensure participant anonymity and build trust?
  • Was your survey successful?
  • How do you turn results into actionable items that foster a dynamic workplace?

Join us for a rich panel discussion where you will have the opportunity to:

  • Hear from academic, HR and agency experts
  • Master the art of creating a workplace survey that drives success
  • Connect with ERG leaders and WAA members

About Our Panelists:

Marissa Endter recently joined Direct Supply as its Director of Talent Development. Prior to joining, Marissa led HR Strategy and Diversity & Inclusion at Kohl’s. She has over 15 years of talent management and organization development experience. She has led large-scale organizational structuring efforts and transformational change initiatives that enable key business priorities and operating model shifts. She has also designed enterprise-wide Talent Management strategies and Leadership Development programs.

Liz Roberts gravitated towards account planning because she loves to learn what makes people tick. She’s happiest when thinking about account planning, business and brand strategy, qualitative and quantitative research, diversity and inclusion and team building. Liz is especially adept at shepherding strategy and insight into creative work; identifying strategic opportunities and ways to mitigate threats; and making connections between brand strategists, researchers, creative, executional teams, leadership and clients. In her free time, Liz likes to paint, write music and spend time in her garden or on a hiking trail.

Dr. Jennica Webster began at Marquette in 2010. During her time at the university, she has served in several leadership roles including on The University Academic Senate and Faculty Council, as well as on The June and Herman Loebl Women Business Leaders Speaker Series. Her research interests center on gender, diversity, and underrepresented groups in the workplace. She has been published widely in leading academic journals and is a regular speaker at national and international conferences such as the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In addition to her research and teaching, she has served as a consultant to several organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies such as Dow Corning to nonprofit organizations such as the YMCA.
