Program Description:
TEMPO's peer mentoring programs (Mentor Circles for TEMPO and EWL Connects for EWL) continue to grow year after year. To date, there are 17 active Mentor Circles and 28 active EWL Connects groups! Each year, we bring together the facilitators and participants of Mentor Circles to share best practices with one another and connect on similar and unique needs, challenges, opportunities and wins of their individual circles. For the last couple of years, this session has been opened up to EWL Connects Groups facilitators as well, connecting them with TEMPO members in similar leadership positions to exchange best practices. This year we are excited to open up to EWL Connects facilitators AND participants. 

Join us as we gather for a social happy hour to open the event and a 60 minute interactive program which will enable attendees to enhance their meetings, share ideas on creative ways to align circles and connect together as a team. 

All participant and facilitator of both Mentor Circle AND EWL Connects are invited to join us in-person or virtually for this session.
