While female-led companies are rare enough, only 1% of Fortune 500 firms can say women hold the roles of both CEO and CFO. Menomonee Falls-based retailer Kohl’s was proud to join that club this past year with the appointment of Wisconsin native Jill Timm as chief financial officer. Jill joins TEMPO moderator and fellow Kohl’s associate Penelope Smiley to discuss stepping into the enterprise-wide leadership role, taking quick, decisive actions as Kohl’s navigated the COVID-19 pandemic and the company’s path forward, and developing future leaders for today’s workforce.
