Professional Development Series Session with William Deck
Friday, June 03, 2022, 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM CDT
Category: Professional Development Series

Date: Friday, June 3rd, 2022
Time: 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Location: The Avenue | 275 W. Wisconsin Ave.

Event Description:

This session will be focused on the power of making decisions from a consciousness of "love" as opposed to a consciousness of "fear". Love opens up the mind to infinite possibilities that are solutions-based (long term, glass half full thinking) , while fear closes the mind down and activates our fight or flight responses (short-sighted, glass half empty thinking).

We will also identify the core emotional states that activate love and fear consciousness, including ways to properly manage said emotions. This experience is designed to empower participants to embrace self-love and acceptance.

About Our Speaker:
William Deck is an organizational coach, consultant, and inspirational speaker that values integrity, transparency, and accountability. With over 10 years of experience in workforce development, corporate training and sales leadership, William is committed to helping organizations (and the teams therein) identify and remove any self-limiting beliefs that could impede their growth and long-term success. For this reason, he understands that transformational change can only be achieved by identifying the “root” cause of personal and organizational dysfunction.

Using real-world examples, William sheds light on the power of the subconscious mind and the value of developing one’s mental fitness. He believes that through the proper use of one’s thoughts, feeling and imagination, we can become the conscious creators of our life’s circumstances. Therefore, he understands (and has proven) that personal empowerment leads to organizational empowerment and success over time. William is passionate about sharing his message of self-love and healing with the world, which is why his tagline states, “People and organizations don't need motivation, they need transformation”. In his free time, William enjoys yoga and traveling with his wife Lauryn, son William and daughter Sophia.
