TEMPO Real Talks is back for season two with a focus on experiential learning opportunities that all members can benefit from and engage in. We kickoff on October 19th with The Microaggression Game - an immersive experience led by leadership development coach and consultant Jeremy Triblett.

By attending TEMPO Real Talks, members can expect to:
  • Be met where they are - no judgement zone.
  • Be provided the space and grace to refresh around tough topics.
  • Listen and contribute to authentic and real conversations.
  • Flex vulnerability and courage.
For marginalized people, life can seem like a never-ending game of dodging subtle insults from people with power and privilege. Having to constantly ask yourself, "Did they really say that?" Questioning if the way you’re being treated is based on your identity. The Microaggression Game uses scenario-based learning to help participants understand how marginalized people might interpret, internalize and react to daily subtle slights and insults. Participants receive strategies for intervening micro aggressive interactions and creating equitable spaces for marginalized people. All participants will receive a fillable PDF training workbook with reflection questions, learning processes, and videos.
