ERG Trends: The Past, Present & Future | Sponsored by MGIC
Nearly 40 years after the first employee resource groups (ERGs) made their appearance in US companies, they have spread to new organizations, enlisted new generations of employees and confronted new challenges. Join TEMPO Milwaukee Women's Affinity Alliance (WAA) on Wednesday, September 9th, as we explore and understand how ERGs (also known as affinity groups or employee networks) have weathered time and adapted to their changing environment. The WAA event will be moderated by Cheryl Kern, Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Johnson Controls, who will lead the discussion based on the national ERG trends.
