Marit Harm Spransy Marit Harm Spransy joined TEMPO Milwaukee in 2015 and has served as Director of Membership & Programs since 2018. She is a resource to the organization’s 700+ members and Emerging Women Leaders and works closely with committee leaders to plan and execute TEMPO Milwaukee’s strategic initiatives. Marit oversees marketing communications, programming, and signature events, identifies partnership opportunities, manages special projects and builds awareness of TEMPO Milwaukee and Emerging Women Leaders with the business community. She is also the project lead for the Women's Leadership Collaborative, TEMPO Milwaukee's partnership with Professional Dimensions and Milwaukee Women inc. Marit is a native of St. Paul, Minnesota, but has called Milwaukee home since 2008. She attended UW-Milwaukee where she earned a Bachelor’s in Journalism Advertising and Media Studies and minored in Spanish. Her community involvement includes Future Milwaukee, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Milwaukee Art Museum. Kelsiee Arreguin Kelsiee Arreguin joined TEMPO Milwaukee in September 2017 as the Communication and Events intern and began full-time in June 2018 as TEMPO Milwaukee’s Communication and Events Specialist. In her role, Kelsiee leads the planning and execution of all of TEMPO Milwaukee events, including monthly program meetings, quarterly professional development series, Women’s Affinity Alliance programs, and TEMPO Milwaukee's two signature events each year. She also works to develop content for TEMPO Milwaukee’s quarterly newsletters, weekly e-blasts and social media accounts while leading social media efforts during events. Kelsiee is a native of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a double minor in Corporate Communications and Advertising from Marquette University, where she graduated cum laude. Diavian Lyons Diavian Lyons joined TEMPO Milwaukee in 2021 as the Communication and Events intern. In her role, Diavian assists Kelsiee in the planning and execution of all of TEMPO Milwaukee events, including monthly program meetings, quarterly professional development series and Women’s Affinity Alliance programs. She also helps to develop content for TEMPO’s quarterly newsletters, weekly e-blasts and social media accounts. She assists the full-time TEMPO team with administrative tasks and support for all initiatives. She is currently attending Mount Mary University where she is earning a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. Diavian is a native of Chicago but has called Milwaukee home since 2012. She volunteers to be helpful within the community at The Gathering and Common Grounds. Contact us: |
