Jennifer Dirks  
President & CEO 

Jennifer Dirks joined TEMPO Milwaukee in 2014 as the organization's first President & CEO. In her role, Dirks is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of TEMPO Milwaukee's strategic direction. She works closely with the board chair, executive committee and board of directors to ensure this direction stays true to the organization's mission and vision of furthering the impact of women leaders in the Milwaukee business community. Dirks also oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization, corporate partnerships and serving as a community advocate on behalf of TEMPO Milwaukee. Dirks is a communications and public relations executive with more than 20 years of corporate and agency experience with business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. She served as Director Corporate Communications & Public Relations for Clifton Gunderson, a national CPA firm. Her agency experience includes Bader Rutter and Zeppos & Associates. Dirks also spent more than a decade as a television news reporter and producer in various newsrooms across the Midwest. She currently serves on the Board of Thrivent Financial and spent nine years on the the Milwaukee Art Museum Friends of Art Board. She is an active committee member with ACTS Housing, Pathfinders and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. She is a member of Professional Dimensions and Milwaukee Women inc. She volunteers her time with Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the Lakefront Festival of Art. In 2018, Dirks was named a 'Woman of Influence' and an 'Executive to Watch' by the Milwaukee Business Journal. A native of St. Charles, Illinois, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications from Illinois State University. 

Marit Harm 
Director of Membership & Programs

Marit Harm joined TEMPO Milwaukee in 2015 as Program Development Manager and in 2018 was promoted to Director of Membership & Programs. Marit works with the President & CEO to execute programs and initiatives in accordance with the mission and vision of TEMPO Milwaukee. She is a key resource to the organization's 350+ members and 150+ Emerging Women Leaders, ensuring each individual is getting the most from her membership. In addition, she oversees all internal and external marketing/communications for TEMPO Milwaukee. Marit also manages all aspects of planning TEMPO Milwaukee's signature Mentor Awards Luncheon and Leadership Event (600+ attendees each), as well as 40+ other events and programs throughout the year. Harm is a volunteer with Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the Lakefront Festival of Art. She is a member of the 2017-18 Future Milwaukee cohort, a community leadership program affiliated with Marquette University, and co-chair of the Future Milwaukee 40th Anniversary celebration. Marit is a native of St. Paul, Minnesota, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism Advertising and Media Studies and minor in Spanish from UW-Milwaukee where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with honors.

Kelsiee Arreguin
Communication & Events Specialist

Kelsiee Arreguin joined TEMPO Milwaukee in September 2017 as the Communications and Events intern and began full-time in June 2018 as TEMPO Milwaukee’s Communications and Events Specialist. In her role, Kelsiee assists with the planning and execution of various TEMPO Milwaukee events. She also works to develop content for TEMPO Milwaukee’s social media accounts while leading social media efforts during events. She coordinates events including monthly program meetings, quarterly professional development series, and Women’s Affinity Alliance programs. Kelsiee is a native of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and double minor in Corporate Communications and Advertising from Marquette University where she graduated cum laude.
