Program Description:
The continued success of your employee resource group (ERG) depends on a consistent influx of new members and engagement from employees, executives, and external resources. A 2017 report by Fairygodboss highlights several areas ERGs can focus in on to drive engagement and be more effective:

1. Create a deliberate communication plan with the larger organization.
2. Solicit feedback from members.
3. Hold leadership accountable.
4. Engage men and other allies.

At this Women’s Affinity Alliance program, hosted by Northwestern Mutual, a panel of three ERG leaders will share their own strategies for addressing and driving engagement. Attendees will then have the opportunity to dive deeper into specific situations related to engagement.
