About the Program:
To say the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra (MSO) stared down adversity several times over the past decade is an understatement – both internally and in the public eye. Emerging victorious from fiscal trouble and leadership disruption, while also challenging traditions by pursuing a brand new venue, MSO has overcome a number of barriers and emerged with more contemporary organizational practices. At the next Professional Development Series on April 13th, attendees will hear from Susan Loris, MSO’s Executive Vice President for Institutional Advancement, and Mark Niehaus, President & Executive Director, on the change management learnings and processes used to bring the organization to where it is today in 2018. Attendees of this session will garner insights and tools that can be used to manage change, even under pressure, in their own organizations.

Presenters:
Susan Loris, Executive Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra
Mark Niehaus, President & Executive Director, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra
