Event Description: 

TEMPO’s Annual Meeting is back—with a few special updates!

Join us for one of the most meaningful gatherings of the year as we come together to reflect, celebrate, and look ahead. While the format will feel familiar, this year’s meeting carries added significance as we close out milestone celebrations and unveil what’s next for our organization.

In place of our traditional Committee Marketplace, members will have one final opportunity to experience our 50th Anniversary Decade Corners on full display. This will be the last chance to walk through the decades, revisit the moments that shaped TEMPO, and celebrate the leaders who built the foundation we stand on today.

As always, during our Annual Meeting, we will:

  • Vote on our new Board Slate
  • Recognize outgoing Committee Chairs
  • Welcome incoming Vice Chairs
  • Celebrate the leadership that continues to move our organization forward

We’ll also reflect on an extraordinary year—TEMPO’s 50th Anniversary and the 10th Anniversary of Emerging Women Leaders (EWL)—and the impact these milestones have had on our members and community.

Looking ahead, we are excited to unveil TEMPO’s new Strategic Plan, setting the vision and direction that will guide the organization through 2029.

In addition, we will proudly announce and recognize the recipients of the 2026 TEMPO Foundation Professional Development Grants, celebrating members who are investing in their continued leadership growth.

As a reminder, this Annual Meeting is one of two opportunities for Emerging Women Leaders to attend a TEMPO Program Meeting at no cost—making it a powerful and accessible way to deepen your engagement within the TEMPO community.
