As the year winds down and responsibilities ramp up, supporting employee wellbeing becomes more important than ever. For our December program, the Women’s Affinity Alliance welcomes Shary Tran for a timely and energizing conversation on how organizations, specifically ERGs and affinity groups, can champion wellness during the busy holiday season.

Shary will ground the discussion in the “why” behind employee wellbeing:

· Why it matters for individuals and teams.

· What happens when employees feel seen, supported, and valued.

· How organizational culture strengthens when wellbeing is prioritized.

From there, she’ll take attendees beyond the theory and into practical application. Drawing on real examples from organizations making meaningful impact, Shary will share creative, accessible ways ERGs can support employees—regardless of budget, size, industry, or resources. Expect ideas that spark connection, reduce stress, and foster a sense of belonging during one of the most hectic times of the year.
