Kelly Mould
As Senior Vice President and Wealth Fiduciary Advisor at Johnson Financial Group, Kelly Mould builds long-term client relationships and delivers comprehensive fiduciary solutions. She leads a team of wealth professionals serving the Racine and Kenosha areas. A graduate of Marquette University (B.A., M.A.) and the University of Wisconsin Law School (J.D.), Kelly joined Johnson Bank in 2014 following a diverse career in family law, estate planning, and telecommunications leadership. She has served as an attorney, firm owner, and guardian ad litem for Racine County.
Kristin Gupta
Kristin Gupta is a motivational speaker and Executive Recruiter (Principal at Pedersen and Partners, a global executive search firm operating in 56 countries). She empowers leaders through personal stories and proven strategies drawn from decades in professional development, recruitment, and sales. Kristin also leads two thriving communities — Defining Leaders and Executive Transitions — with more than 5,000 combined participants. A passionate connector, Kristin believes in the power of self-belief, strong relationships, and presence. She’s traveled to 25 countries, reads over 50 books a year, and is two steps away from her black belt in Taekwondo. She holds a B.A. in Literature from the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, IN.

With 25 years in corporate and nonprofit leadership, Shelley specializes in simplifying systems, improving engagement, and guiding leaders through complex decisions and conversations. She is a certified executive coach with SPHR, CPTD, and Scrum credentials. Curious by nature, Shelley is always learning, reading, and connecting — and enjoys gardening and being active outdoors.
