Program Description:

In May 2022, 32 Emerging Women Leaders and 32 TEMPO members were matched in the 1-to-1 mentoring program. We invite our new mentor/mentee pairs to attend our 1-to-1 Mentoring Kickoff. 

In this session, attendees can expect to:

• Learn our best practices for a mutually-beneficial match.
• Hear tips and tricks from successful pairs, including ideas for meeting virtually.
• Connect with other EWL and TEMPO members
