What is POWER Up?

The EY POWER leadership development methodology is a means to springboard female professionals into deep conversations with one another in order to determine ways to enhance performance. Addressing gender parity and accelerating the advancement of women is an important issue, proven to contribute to the overall success of an organization. EY intends to lead the effort with Women. Fast forward, our unifying platform around women’s initiatives.

The POWER UP session is built from the 5 key areas listed below. This WAA session will cover sections O and W.

Project confidence authentically – exhibit a firm belief in your abilities
Own your career – mindfully take control of your career
Widen your network – identify and engage mentors, coaches and sponsors
Elevate your communication – communicate with clarity, self-assurance and intent
Realize your purpose – know who you are and what you stand for
