In the midst of the ongoing pandemic, most businesses are seeing a rise in mental health issues throughout their organizations. The need to care for and help our employees by building cultures of resiliency while at the same time maintaining accountability and results is a huge challenge for many leaders today. This interactive session is designed to help leaders understand how to recognize the stages and drivers of fatigue and burnout and in turn build structures and responses that will allow their team to build resilience and thrive in these most challenging times. Participants will leave with suggestions for common language, activities, and key concepts to weave into existing or newly designed culture-focused efforts.
