Event Description:
We have been working in a period of extreme pressure, change, stress and sustained uncertainty, especially these past few years.  There are so many factors that will influence and disrupt what our future looks like, it has never been more difficult to predict the future than it is now.  In this discussion we will hear about some of the macro trends, philosophical influences, geo/political impacts and how they all come together to help us project into the future.  We will also experience where we have a hard time seeing what is right in front of us and the need to re-program some of our learning and thinking in order to be agile, flexible and prepared for what is to come.

About Our Speaker: 

As Managing Director for Resource Solutions Group, Deb Seeger is primarily responsible for supporting the growth strategy for the Practice. Deb supports BDO's need to have a reliable quality experience for clients to continue to grow the regional scope of Resources Solutions. Deb is also responsible to help BDO build repeatable and reliable processes to expand Resource Solutions to include Human Capital Management interim roles. 

Previously Deb was Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Operations for Patina Solutions. There she helped build the consulting firm’s capabilities in recruiting and deploying Executive Level practitioners in interim and consulting roles.
