Description: 
In today’s business world, change management is an essential skill and it requires engaging people across an organization. At the next Professional Development Series, join us for an interactive workshop on change management led by Amy Sonnenberg of Bader Rutter and Jennifer Pieper of JPieper Consulting. By focusing on how to engage people to make change happen, they’ll share the theory behind change management, real-world examples and strategies for success. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of change management and a personal action plan to implement change in their organizations.

About Amy Sonnenberg: 
Amy Sonnenberg, Employee Experience Leader at Bader Rutter (BR), is a seasoned talent management professional who worked for BMO Harris, Empire Education Group and Harley Davidson before coming to BR. She’s a long standing member of the Association of Training & Development and is certified in Coaching, Change Management, Integrated Talent Management, Meyers Briggs and Lominger Talent Assessment. Amy has been instrumental in developing BR’s education programs for past four years and continues to help the organization grow in areas of employee engagement and talent management.

About Jennifer Pieper: 
A Training and Development Specialist committed to growing talent across a wide range of specialties including sales, operations, and customer service. Jennifer has proven accomplishments delivering material with high energy in both in person and in virtual / e-learning environments while insuring participation and engagement. She gauges her success by her ability to assist organizations in executing their business strategies, enhancing team effectiveness and being integral in the development of their employees. Before starting her own consulting business, Jennifer worked in the banking industry for 15 years, delivering education and training to leaders and employees through programs ranging from sales, customer service, and coaching and leadership development.
