What is the “EWL Deconstructed Professional Development Day”?
We look forward to the Emerging Women Leaders Professional Development Day in September all year – a full day learning, advancing leadership skills, and connecting with 150+ of Milwaukee’s best and brightest rising stars, community-minded change makers and up-and-coming leaders. This September would have been the 5th annual workshop, but… we are in a global pandemic. Due to COVID-19, the event will be packaged a little differently this year, but EWL members and guests can still expect all of the above! Instead, we are “deconstructing” the Professional Development Workshop and offering a series of virtual events held throughout the Summer and Fall, including a collaboration with the TEMPO Leadership Event in October. We are planning to hold the 5th Annual Professional Development Day (in person!) in May 2021. If you have any questions, please contact Event Committee chair Megan Carver or vice chair Cassie Schell.
