Purpose
For three years now, the TEMPO Foundation has awarded up to $15,000 to one or multiple recipients to cover leadership, training or other programs for established professional women seeking to take their careers to the next level. The money is paid directly to the educational institutions. In awarding these grants, TEMPO is seeking to expand the impact of women in our community by advocating, elevating and accelerating women leaders. As TEMPO evolves to serve a more diverse and vibrant community, the commitment of the TEMPO Foundation is to support applicants who face personal, professional and/or financial barriers to achieving their continuing education goals. The Continuing Education Grant is meant to both encourage leadership development and recognize women who are making an impact or will have an impact in the community. This year's application period will be open from February 1 to March 1, 2021 and the recipient or recipients will be notified in April 2021 after our application period closes.
