Membership DuesGreetings! We are very grateful for your TEMPO membership! We are absolutely thrilled about the upcoming year which promises to be productive and rewarding. As you know, we have been working through our strategic plan tying our already strong foundation of programming and services, to several new initiatives including the Women's Affinity Alliance and the Talent Pipeline. Members have expressed much enthusiasm by their involvement on committees, their participation in our tremendous mentoring program and the professional development series. TEMPO Milwaukee is a tremendous business investment for many, bringing increased leadership development opportunities and new avenues to build your professional network. In 2013/14, TEMPO Milwaukee will further the impact of women leaders in our community through the development of new programs and expansion of networking opportunities that increase your bottom line and enhance the role you have in your company. In order to support this growth, we will be raising dues by $15 from $460 to $475. Retiree dues will remain at $180. Over the past few years, we have added programming to engage you, our members, on a year-round basis. As always, these dues include payment for the monthly luncheons, including the annual holiday get-together. The events that are not included in your dues include the annual Leadership Event, Mentor Awards Luncheon and professional development programming. We will continue to deliver the high-caliber programming that is concept clear and delivers take-aways for immediate implementation. In 2012/13, we welcomed CEOs Betsy Brenner, Christine Specht and Cathy Jacobson. They shared their insights on business and their stories about leadership. Bob Chernow tested his predictions from 20 years ago about where women are in the workforce today and Catalyst researcher Heather Faust-Cummings discussed the difference between sponsorship and mentoring. We have a great slate lined up for 2013/14 including Sue Marks, CEO of Pinstripe and Rochelle Flagg from Direct Supply. We truly hope you plan to be a part of it. Your one-time annual dues payment includes membership in TEMPO Milwaukee and an invitation to all of TEMPO’s programs. You are also supporting the mission and vision of TEMPO through your dues. We are offering an additional level of membership for $100 that includes membership in the Women's Affinity Alliance. Please read more about the benefits here. As so many of our members have told us, the value of their TEMPO Milwaukee membership is beyond measure. If you need more information regarding this invoice and renewal of your dues, please call the TEMPO office. Thank you very much for your continued membership. If you have questions or require other membership information, please call Peggy Williams-Smith at 414.905.1154, Jennifer Bartolotta at 414.688.9359, or Tracy Johnson at 414.905.0117.
